5 Yoga move to lift & tone the bum

I use to think that I needed equipment or a machine to help keep my bum toned and lifted. I was wrong there! Your body can do it PERFECTLY for you and in this video I show you 5 fantastic yoga moves you can do to make sure the booty stays toned and lifted!

All 5 exercises create a perfect glute and hamstring workout which compliments ALL training methods and programs! PLUS all you need is your mat (or a towel) and you can do it anywhere.....like on the beach this summer!

For the different fitness levels, here are some guide lines:

BEGINNERS: 8-10 repetitions for each exercise

INTERMEDIATE: 10-12 repetitions for each exercise

ADVANCED: 12-14 repetitions for each exercise
