Spring is such a popular time of year to kick start a healthy eating and training regime. Reason being is that the biggest motivation is here....SUMMER...... and that means minimal clothing and tiny costumes. I have ALWAYS advocated that all shapes and sizes are sexy but it is important that your body is healthy and you are feeling confident in your skin!
You don't have to kill yourself in the gym for the next 3 months, in fact if you over do it you are less like to be able to maintain the process and fail in reaching your goals. Like the quote above.....be patient with yourself as you take the steps necessary on your health journey. Small consistent (HEALTHY) choices WILL make the biggest difference in the long run!
I speak out of experience here. I have tried and failed at so many quick fixes in my life it is just not worth wasting precious time or money. Patients, persistence and consistency are the fundamentals you can not hide away from.

Today's video is a yoga flow designed to work the FULL body. From the arms, shoulders, triceps, abs, glutes & thighs, this is the ideal flow to squeeze into your day to target all those areas that might need a little extra attention.
What's great is that it can be done ANYWHERE and it is VERY EFFECTIVE!!!! Here are some guidelines for the different fitness levels.
BEGINNERS: 4 Flows on each side alternating (total 8 all together)
INTERMEDIATE: 5-7 flows on each side alternating (total 10 to 14 all together)
ADVANCED: 8-10 flows on each side alternating (total 16 to 20 all together)
