The Workout System that has changed my body

Over the years I have slowly moved away from isolated and machine dependent training methods to something that uses primarily just the body.....and the amazing thing is, the body is all you need to achieve great health and a complete transformation!
Here are the first 10 videos of my Body-Base training series that I have shared over the past 10 weeks. It is a workout system I have developed myself that combines yoga, Pilates, body-weight conditioning and amazing stretching techniques to achieve holistic lifestyle fitness which means all elements are addressed.... strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and body composition.
It is a system I practice myself because I believe in what I do and want to be able to show you myself (see pic below ;)! There is nothing fancy or complicated yet the results are fantastic! All you need is YOU and a mat and you are ready to go, whether it's in your living room or on the beach!
I recommend you try all 10 for the next 10 weeks and you will very quickly start to see and feel the benefits!
What's even better is that it compliments ALL forms of different training techniques and sports. So whether you are a runner, dancer or body builder, it will actually improve results and performance!!!
