How to lose the lower tummy "pocket" - BODY-BASE 10

That little lower tummy pocket that just sits under the belly bottom area can be a real pain to get rid of! It's not easy and most women struggle with it. Naturally our bodies are designed with extra curves in that area BUT it is nice when it is a little more toned and tight and not crazy out of control like a doughnut. YES, it is 80% diet so please don't think that just these exercises alone will help you flatten out the pouch while your diet remains on a roller coaster. However, if your abs are tight and tones underneath the results will show ten times faster once your diet starts to clean up!
I highly recommend you do ALL 5 variations of the exercise with the stretches in between for 10-15 reps per exercise. Do this cycle back to back x2 and believe me when I say, your little tummy poach will be buuuuurning!
Having said that, there are other reasons why this exercise is so good (besides the visual improvement of your torso). It creates AMAZING core strength and activation to enable you to do some awesome yoga postures........2 of which I show you in the video! The PLOW POSE and a SHOULDER STAND!

Like I mentioned above, keeping the abdominal area toned and shaped takes 80% commitment with the eating and 20% with the training.
