Flexibility for a firm, fit body!

I had gone for an outdoor walk yesterday with a few walking lunges in-between. The fact that I hadn't done those in months, I reeeeeally felt it this morning!!!! So much so that I chose to just focus on stretching today. It's 12 hours later and the stiffness has already subsided by half! I LOVE stretching because it has brought such benefits to my training and my body. This is why I incorporate it quite abit into my body-base videos and hope it will bring you just as many benefits.

When going through the video please remember the following

- always hold each stretch point for at least 30 sec

- try repeat the sequence 2 - 3x

- maintain deep, relaxed breathing throughout the sequence
