Shape & strengthen the shoulders - Body-Base #6

Welcome to Body-Base Video #6! This routine is super fun, effective and a good challenge. It really targets the shoulders (especially the advance level) to strengthen, shape and improve flexibility. It is also a great tightening and lifting routine for the glutes as well as some SERIOUS core work!!!
This routine is split into 2 parts. I demonstrate part 1 of the beginners, intermediate and advanced and then I demonstrate part 2 for all three levels.
Whichever level you are at, you are going to perform the sequence of part 1 to that level 3x. You are then going to go straight into part 2 and perform that sequence 4x on each leg!. Together it forms the full routine and THAT entire routine is repeated 3x in total......(hope that's not too confusing).
Beginners: PART 1 & 2 x3
Intermediate: PART 1 & 2 x3
Advanced: PART 1 & 2 x3
