Full body blast - BodyBase #5

You know those weeks that you plan so well for but ends up just going completely off course? Well this week was it......aaaaaah!!!! So frustrating. I even had to cut out the "Words of Wisdom" for this video because the rest of the week did not work out.

Anyhoo, that doesn't mean I can't place some inspiration right here for you to read!

Even after a rough week it is still an awesome Body-Base workout with fantastic core work to strengthen and tighten the abs. The repetitions are as follows for the different fitness levels (remember: a cycle represents the full routine on both the left and right side):

BEGINNERS: X 2-3 cycles

INTERMEDIATE: X 3-4 cycles

ADVANCED: X 3-4 cycles

I always encourage those who want a challenge to try hold each pausing pose for 2-3 breaths or about 5 seconds , it will really increase the intensity of the workout. Click on the video below to watch the full Body-Base Routine!
