Strong & toned abs & arms with BODY-BASE #3

BODY-BASE #3 is all about toning and strengthening the abs (core) and arms. The progression from beginners to intermediate to advanced is a lot of fun (especially the advanced body catch.....if you get this one right, please share a video, I would love to see!)
Whenever you hear me say "hold" or "breath" use this as your cue to challenge yourself and hold the posture for 2-4 deep, full breaths! This will not only help activate and strengthen the muscles but it will get you into a healthy habit of ACTUALLY BREATHING during your postures ;) ;) . How many times have you done an exercise or completed a posture and realized you held your breath through most of it? My hand is held up high here! It's kind of an automatic thing we do when something is physically hard, so in order to break that bad habit, practice the deep breathing throughout the routine and I promise you, you will actually make progress a lot faster!
I would recommend the following sets for the different levels
BEGINNERS: 2 cycles of the FULL routine (part 1 plank and part 2 press up)
INTERMEDIATE: 3 cycles of the FULL routine (part 1 plank and part 2 press up)
ADVANCED: 4 cycles of the FULL routine (part 1 plank and part 2 press up)
