Body-Base #2 - Glutes, Hamstrings & core

I am super excited to share with you video #2 of my Body-Base training series.

Today I really focus on balance which will force you to engage that core and strengthen the stabilizers in the legs. This flow of movement will also work the glutes, hamstrings & back really well.
Please take note of the different fitness levels as well as notes I made throughout the video. Also I like to always remind you to work to your own limitations and listen to when your body is telling you "enough" ;) ;)
