Welcome to MY VEGAN LIFE and this page is dedicated to ALL the amazing food I eat, recipes I cook and plants that have changed my life.
I became vegan in 2013 after experiencing severe discomforts in my body which included constant heart burn when I ate, weepy eyes and congested sinus, skin breakouts, achy joints and a constant sour taste in my mouth.
This decision happened during the prep for the 2013 Mr & Miss Fitness show and the results were so amazing I continued with the veggie journey. In 2014 and went back to a pescetarian diet that included eggs and fish but a year later in the 1st of Jan 2015 and went back to the veggie life and have never looked back.

Plants not only change your body and life but having a plants based diet helps change the world. It helps minimize the carbon footprint on this earth, it reduces water usage, it eliminates pain and suffering and it reduces pollution. For me it's more than just changing your body, it's about changing your life and changing your environment. No, we can't change the world BUT we can make an impact with daily action and together slowly we can change the world.
I will be sharing some amazing recipe that I have created and designed over the years that are easy and delicious! I truly hope this blog will inspire you to incorporate more plants into your diet, start experimenting and having fun in the kitchen and most of all feel a deeper connection to the food we eat and the impact it makes on our lives.
